Helped sleep
I sent off for 2mg and they sent 5 mg. Which turned out to work better. I have reordered again. The downside is it takes at least 2 weeks to get it. Shipping time from order to received is poor.Update it took about 5 weeks to get the order.

Life Saver for a Insomniac
This was purchased on recommendation from my sleep specialist. The low dosage 2mg is still a little high for the bodies melatonin needs, however, it doesn’t push your body to stop producing melatonin. I take these pills 1 to 2 times a week when I know I’m going to have a restless or bad night. I get some of the best sleep I have ever had on these pills. The only downside is, like most melatonin pills, it becomes ineffective after multiple back to back days of use.

More helpful than other brands
My sleep clinic doctor recommended this particular brand. Other brands were not very effective. This one does seem to work better. I think the 7-hr continuous absorption may make the difference. A big plus is that I wake up refreshed, not with that “sleeping pill hangover. “.

Great Product, but Beware of EXPIRATION date!
Shelf-life matters on these types of product. If you only use half before it expires, and you throw the other half away, you effectively paid double! Before buying, I asked what others saw with typical expiration dates, and I the answers I got pointed to 12-24 months. I then bought 1 box and got it on July 15, 2022. The expiration date was Jan 2023--just under 6 months! My wife and I normally do not use Melatonin on a daily basis. We do use it when we travel. It makes adjusting to different timezones a lot more comfortable--especially when you travel from the west-coast to the east-coast or if you travel overseas. Unfortunately, Covid put a stop to our overseas business travel, and even coast-to-coast domestic travel has reduced. So, these days 36 pills would last us comfortably for about a year. But if the expiration date is now 6 months, then 36 pills is way too much. This is why I tried to ask before buying. Looks like we'll have to throw some of it out eventually--we'll see. That said, this particular product is probably the absolute best form of Melatonin. Previously, we were using a 5mg pill that left us groggy in the morning--that "hangover" is not fun, but it beats waking up at 3am and not being able to get back to sleep! Having a 2mg pill and the time-release action makes a huge difference for us. We sleep though the night and wake up refreshed. Absolutely great product!Re: "Value for the Money"... Rather than trying to put a price on a "restful night's sleep," let's stick to comparing the pack options... 36 pills are right now $0.60 per pill; 24 pills are $0.83; 12 pills are $0.99. So, if you take 12 pills as the baseline, then 24 pills gets you 16% discount, and 36 pills gets you almost a 40% discount. So, you should always just buy the 36-pack, so that should really be the baseline, right? Well... shelf-life... If you end up throwing half of it out, you just paid $1.20 per pill--a full 100% surcharge! If instead you buy only 24 pills, you buy them at a 38% surcharge (assuming nothing gets discarded); and if you think you only need 12 pills, you pay a 65% surcharge!Having a year or more expiry window sort of flattens this out quite a bit. But a 6-month expiry date window really makes these choices much tougher, and greatly affects the "value for the money" proposition. Unless the seller will publish guaranteed shelf-life spans, consider buying only for the next 6-8 months.

Doesn’t work
Works exactly like regular melatonin except much, much, much more expensive. I slept for 4 hours then wide awake for rest of night just like the regular, cheap melatonin. Tried one pill first night, two pills second and the same thing both nights. Save your money because this doesn’t work.

Best product for a good night’s sleep
I have tried regular melatonin and only get 4 hours sleep with it. The time d release feature of Remfresh gives 7 hours of sleep a night. What a great result!
