I didn’t expect this steam mop to be that good. The long cord allowing us to keep going, it's lightweight, easy to use and to maneuver, the steam heats up fast and it steams my hardwood and tiled rooms floors leaving them clean and refreshed. There's extra attachments that come in handy and good to have. It cut through old grime that we didn’t even realize that was there. No harsh chemicals either which is a big win. Just water and heat doing what it’s supposed to do. The pads are washable, which saves some money in long term. Highly recommended.

This is an amazing product. I bought it to see if I could steam off the awful things my kids stick and wipe on the walls. It works great for getting crayons and food off. The attachments are really great for cleaning crevices. I haven't even begun to see what all I can do with it yet. But after first use, I'm impressed. It also heats up and is ready to go super fast. Great product overall.

I mostly use this machine to steam clean high touch areas such as doorknobs and bathrooms. It’s a quick and easy way to sanitize. The steam quality is good when it is on high. The lower setting doesn’t seem to heat up as well. For it to work well at the lower setting, you have to hold the steam really close to the item you want to sanitize. I used this setting a lot in the last 3 weeks bc of conjunctivitis and hand/foot/mouth disease. Ughh, the number of contagious viruses my kids bring home is ridiculous. But the good thing is that the steam cleaner has saved me a lot of hand scrubbing. The water container is quite small and awkward to clean. You will have to empty it and leave it open to the air to have it dry completely. Please remember to do this, otherwise you risk having mold grow in the container. The amount of water is good enough for steaming high touch areas in the bathroom and doorknobs for 2-3 floors in the house. I haven’t tried the steam mop feature. So not sure how well that works. The cord length could be longer, but is enough for about 10 ft in either direction. (Don’t know the exact length of the cord). I like that this item is versatile but again, I’ve only used it for steam cleaning high touch areas. I would say the value is worth it for its versatility in cleaning. Maybe another review will give a better idea of how well it cleans for steam mopping.

I got this product primarily because the existing steam cleaner I had did not have all the attachments this one did. I was very impressed with the accessories this cleaner came with, and was very interested in the carpet steaming function. Based on all the tests I performed and previous experience with similar steam products, this is an excellent option to get the most out of one product with minimal hassle and effort to clean with. Comparing this cleaner to the smaller steam cleaner I had, I was not only happy with all the accessories, but this is MUCH less high maintenance to use. My other one needs a very long heat up time, whereas this one is ready to go in seconds. There is no annoying pressurized container to fill with water, where this one is a low pressure plastic container that feeds a high pressure vessel. By far this is much easier to pull out, use, and put away. I tested this on a long standing stain on my carpet. It didn't eliminate the stain, but it definitely made it much less noticeable. I never expected perfection, but this did as good a job as anything to work well! See photos. I also tested it on a high traffic wood banister. My kids touch this area every day. Grime and dirt were caked here. In a few swipes in seconds, it was plenty clean and white again. Lastly, I tested this on my hardwood floors. Simply put, it does the job as well as a Bona sweeping pad would, maybe a little better since you don't spray any chemicals. However, I also have a plug in rotating head steam mop. When compared against the rotating heads, it isn't a fair fight. If you don't have a rotating head floor cleaner at all, this is a great option for hard wood floors. In my case, I'll keep using the rotating head for hardwood, but I'm very glad to have a steam option for my carpet now!

I bought this to stream clean a bed that had bed bugs on it. The exterminator came and sprayed everything, but there were still some live ones hanging out in crevices on the bed frame. This heats up super quickly and gets very hot. Hot enough to kill the bugs fast. I went over every inch and crevice of the bedframe, baseboards, and mattress. I then washed the frame with disinfectant, soap, and water. I haven't seen a single bug since. It worked wonderfully. I did have to refill the reservoir several times, but it was fast to fill and heated up in a 15-30 seconds so it wasnt a big deal. It did last about 10-15 minutes on each refill, which isnt bad at all. I would definitely buy it again. I only used the high setting as I wanted high pressure, but the low setting could be good for gently steaming clothes. Had plenty of attachments too and a decently long cord. I liked the design and it was easy to use and assemble.

Cleans well but not long lasting. Not that I would expect 20y usage for this price range, but already within the first week it started overheating quickly and reloading, and one of the accessories started falling apart. If you use it as a steam mop in low mode it is a good product, but do not expect it to last for harder tasks.

This electric scrubber is awesome. I used this for about 15 mins and my grout went from black/orange to almost white again. I tried to clean in manually before but no amount of effort was getting the grout clean. Nothing was coming off and it took so much effort trying to clean my walls manually. The whole electric scrubber is in 3 pieces that can be connected together. You can use the scrubber without the middle extender if you want to. The middle extender would be useful to reach higher or farther areas and so that you don't need to lean over the bathtub, bend over, or get into the shower. I believe without the middle extender this is still too long to use for a sink. It's too awkward to try and clean the sink (bathroom and kitchen). A scrubber with a small handle would be ideal for the sink. This electric scrubber only has 1 speed. It seems to be powerful enough but having at least 2 speeds would have been preferable. The head cannot move. It's stuck in that 1 position. I believe it's in the most ideal position so I don't think this would be a problem. This electric scrubber has a proprietary plug (not even those round ones). I wish this had a USB-C port. A USB-C port would be more useful to everybody. There is no carrying bag included. It would have been nice to have a mesh bag included. I can definitely recommend this scrubber. Your back and arms will thank you. It also saves you a lot of time.

I was hopeful, after watching videos on spin scrubber. Glad to finally choose this one. What I like is the motor part is not located near the brush so that it'll be protected from water, unless you submerged the whole unit in your tub. The lowest power is enough to clean usual dirt, haven't find a reason to use the highest one. The downside is, for me, the unit is quite heavy. But hey, I'm not complaining because in turn of holding the heavy motor, I only need to hold this scrubber and direct it to the part that I want to clean. No need to scrub and bend down. Good value of money
