You need to follow the instructions if you want to use it correctly. The people who are complaining either are allergic or didn’t follow the instructions. You need to wet your face first then put a small amount on your face. Then immediately rinse it off. It is pretty hard to rinse off so continue rinsing until it’s completely off. Your face will feel super clean. If you leave it on too long it will cause burns (too long is about 3 minutes+). I wouldn’t recommend it for sensitive skin but it’s good for oily skin.

I love this cleanser. When I have bought the same product from e-bay it was darker and thicker. This one is Grey color and not so thick, but cleans well. Nice price for purchase. Thank you.

The bottle contains exfoliating wash for oily skin. It is gray in color, and you feel some particles in there when you wash your face with it. The dispenser there is kind of confusing to work, you need to turn the bottle upside down and make sure the thick thick substance will get into the tube, and then when you open the flap, it flows out. It does seem to clean my face very well. It helps somewhat with oiliness, but it also does not overdry the skin. The bottle says to use it about three times a week.The nose strip is a one time use thing, you put it over your wet nose, wait for it to completely dry and then yank it off. The dirt gets glued to the strip and when you pull it off, you will see it all there. It cleans very well, but might be too harsh for sensitive skin.

I've been pleased with this combo. Only one pore strip comes with this cleanser, but they do work well together. I didn't get immediate, miraculous results, but when using the cleanser once or twice a week and using the pore strips once a week or so, the results become more noticable over time. The cleanser is super drying, so I can't use it too often. Once or twice a week has been fine for my skin, but more than that is not good for it. I also wouldn't recommend using the strips too often, either. I used them too close together once and it felt like part of my skin ripped off with the strip. It burned for a couple of days.

This is an interesting product. I rather love the container it comes in. What a clever way to put on a mask!--which I realize this isn't quite, but it still felt kind of like it. The liquid is grainy but lathers up in your hands with a little rubbing. I like the smell a lot. It's quite pleasant. I'm not sure it did anything to my pores, though. My face certainly didn't feel dry these past few days, though, so perhaps this is why. This cleanser cleans well, but it's not my favorite. It makes me a little nervous seeing others that are having reactions to it, so I only use it once or twice a week. So far, I have been okay. It lathers well, and it removes my makeup foundation easily. Biore is one of my favorite brands, but this one isn't my favorite of theirs. They have other cleansers that I absolutely love.

This lathers up nicely and feels good on your skin. It didn't seem to exfoliate, but it left my skin feeling soft, smooth and clean. There was no residue left on my skin after rinsing.This is a great facial cleanser to use a couple of times a week.

While I didn't notice smaller pores, the face wash is great for cleaning and removing oil from my face. The pore strips are very visually effective at cleaning out pores—it's gross, but strangely satisfying knowing all that is no longer in my skin.
