The BRAND NEW Bosch dishwasher I bought would not dissolve the detergent pod. Technician said it needed a new motor! He recommended getting a new one, so I did through Best Buy. I have been trying to get CyberSales to pick up the lemon for over a week. They keep putting me off - and keep trying to get me to fix something that shouldn't have to be fixed in the first place. I am extremely frustrated.

The manual does not recommend using the standard 16 gauge dishwasher power cords carried by Lowe's/Home Depot. Four-6 wood screws to mount the power junction box (i think that's what they call it) and a plastic part to mount the drain hose in your cabinet. You can find details in the install manualI highly recommend downloading the installation manual ahead of time so you are sure you have everything you need ahead of time, including the parts, etc.Installation tip. the power junction box goes underneath your sink not behind the dishwasher. Loosen the leg adjustment at the front of the dishwasher and adjust as best you can before pushing it into position. Otherwise they will be a pain to adjust. They are a pain to adjust anyways, it's a plastic leg that is very difficult to move, bad design for such an expensive piece of hardware.
