Night Lights for Kids, Star Projector with Timer for Boys and Girls

The media could not be loaded.  First off, the video I uploaded shows the nightlight in action. My video is dark for some reason. My sons room is actually much brighter than what you see in the video.Now then, my son loves this nightlight. Before this we had a Vics humidifier with a nightlight built in, but it kept leaking and the nightlight wasn't that great, so I was looking for a stand alone nightlight, and that's when I came across this beauty.It projects a lot of light and has multiple colors to choose from, which is awesome. I usually keep it on the Blue/Green and there might be a little bit of white in there too.Pros:- Affordable for what you're getting.- Plenty of features---- On/Off switch---- The nightlight comes in white or black (I have a black one)---- Multiple star colors and the choice to overlap them---- Option to rotate the stars---- A long timer (up to 995 minutes)---- Can be battery powered or plug it into the wall---- Comes with a hanging dome if you want to bring it camping or bring it wherever you wantCons:- Does not come with an A/C cable. Comes with a USB cable, which means you'll need to buy a cheap A/C adapter if you want to plug this into a wall outlet. (Not a big deal, but it's the only con I could think of lol).

I love this little projector. After reading other reviews, I was concerned about the USB power cable possibly coming loose, but I have not had any issues with it in the two months I've had it. I keep it plugged in all the time so no idea on battery life. Paying extra for a model with a remote didn't seem necessary because this one has a nice, long timer. The stars and moons are cartoonish rather than a realistic outer space effect, but that's what I was looking for so it works out rather well. The rotation is a little trippy at first, which is fun too. The projection to the ceiling is a bit weak if you put it down too low. It works best when you put it as high up as possible. I have it on a table and a couple of boxes so that it is about five feet from the floor, so the stars/moons are well-defined. I'm a grown adult who pretends I bought it for when my niece stays over, but the truth is I bought it for myself and run it every night because I find it soothing.

Our kids love this! We got it for our toddler and our 5 year old has since added one to his wish list. It's easy to use, so easy, our kids take turns turning it on and getting it just how they like it. It has a lot of options as far as star color(s), spin/no spin, number of lights/stars, and time. It has one of the longest timers I've ever seen on something like this. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars, is that it is a bit flimsy. You can remove the star globe to use it as a night light, which is a nice feature, but the star globe itself is really thin plastic that my kids crinkle in when they're trying to hit all the buttons to get it set up each night. I will say, it's not just the kids, I occasionally crinkle it in myself. It's not hard to fix, since you can pull off the globe portion and pop it back in shape, but I do wish it were a bit more sturdy.

I bought this star projector for my 3 year old boy. After several days, all the family members have come to like it. It looks lovely. When the stars turns, it looks as if a curious child were facing the sky. The night light projector creates a sense of calm sky and helps kids sleep fast: when my son turns on the night light, he falls asleep in a very short time. It also creates a romantic atmosphere in the room, when it projected onto the ceiling of the room with colorful lights. When my wife and I were lying in bed, we wanted to turn on the lamp and enjoy this mysterious and romantic feeling. And it also has a timing function that allows me to control the time I want so that I don't have to get up and turn off the lights when I have to sleep. If the company manufacturing it could add a music option with this night light, it will make the product perfect.

Our toddler love this! It has helped our night time routine as he likes to lay in bed and talk about the different colors and shapes he sees before dozing off. I like that the timer can be set for a long time and can be set quickly. I also love the several different color combinations. After our kiddo falls asleep we sneak in and turn the turning star feature off and place the regular dome to make it into a nightlight for him. Versatile and cool for any kid!

The stars on the ceiling are good, and you can change the color and pattern. When the dome is off, the light inside is extremely bright and seems like it could even cause eye damage? It’s almost like a laser light.

The timer so far the highest I’ve set it was 600 mins but it will go higher! 3AAA batteries go in the bottom for wireless use and lasts for 24+ hours of nonstop use; but it also has a plug-in feature. I bought this for my infant sons room last year, but it came with this shade overtop which made the projector almost pointless.. then about two weeks ago I dropped it, thought I broke it but then I realized the shade comes off!! The star projector works AMAZING if you’re smart enough to take the shade off(like it says in the description🤦🏼‍♀️)!!! Love love love it!
