Great Product
Purchased as a gift for my daughter and son in law. They both cannot say enough about the durability and ease of use on this set from Caraway. Very easy to clean the surfaces and with there many uses, a pot or pan for everything you may need. What they also like are the holders for the lids to keep then organized.

Worth the Investment – Great Cooking Performance with Minor Cleaning Issue
I’ve been using my Caraway cookware set for about a year now, and overall I think it’s definitely worth it. The cookware is heavy, easy to handle, and cooks food evenly. I especially like the nonstick surface — it makes cooking and cleanup much easier compared to traditional pans. The only downside I’ve noticed is that the bottom/base of the cookware tends to get blackened with frequent use, and it can be difficult to clean completely.Other than that, I’m very happy with the set and would still recommend it for everyday cooking.

Customer Service
No telephone customer service. There is absolutely no way to speak with any Caraway representative. They don’t provide a telephone customer service number. If you search the internet and find a company telephone number, it only provides a recorded message directing you online for any questions or concerns.Kind of frustrating and something we wish we were aware of before purchasing from Caraway.
