Smart compact knife block
This is my second one as my heavy handed husband destroyed the previous one. You just need to be careful not to force the knives in. If you get resistance and force the knife in you will bend the plastic bits. I still like the design though and looks very smart in the kitchen without taking up too much space.

Exactly what I was looking for
I had been searching for a new knife block that could accommodate all my precious knives. This is perfect. Takes 10 knives safely of varying size including the bread knife & carver. Looks stylish & easy to clean. Perfect. Thank you.

Good solution for plenty of knives
Boyfriend and I moved in together and so had a rather large collection of knives between us, really happy with this product as we can fit up to 10 knives in just fine and it looks smart. Not fingerprint proof which is irritating, but it never claimed to be so.

Functional
This knife block at first seemed like it'd be perfect, good value for money, great size and the internal bit where the knives go is an excellent concept which would suit all types and sizes of knives - my understanding is this bit is washable too. The reason for 3 stars is because I believe the steel colour will mark very easily, finger marks were on it as soon asI removed it from the packaging, just to view. I know this would do my head in! I hate marks on stainless steel type surfaces. Therefore I returned it, paying a little more for a lovely wooden knife block from Amazon, much better and no finger prints!!

Safe, secure and practical
Safe and secure storage, the inner piece comes out really easy for cleaning and knives are secure without having to use force to place them in the container
