The Only Melatonin Drink that makes me sleepy
I've tried a lot of sleeping pills, even expensive ones. Unfortunately, nothing helps me sleep.I've tried this when someone gave me one sachet. It really helped me sleep. That's why I bought a box of this already. I now found something that can really knock me off to sleep.

Great taste! I used in cold water. Taken an hour before bed, I was able to sleep and not wake up as I usually do several times during the night.

Needs more mg of Melatonin!
These work well, tastes good and the price finally decreased to what they use to cost. Some of the prices on Amazon for these are absurd. I'm so glad I found someone who lowered the price instead of ripping you off. I did read some reviews that had issues with theirs being hard because they're either old or just a bad batch, but mine are just the way they're suppose to be. I wish they had options of higher doses of melatonin though.
