Works really well and isn’t overly drying. I like to pre oil or condition before use and the results are amazing! Makes my hair super shiny, soft and tangle free. Also removes brassiness and mineral cast, revealing the true colour of my hair. Highly recommend for hard water areas.

Really good shampoo for use as regular treatment in hard water - I use weekly and find it really helps clear buildup from my hair and keep my hair soft and in good condition.

We have very hard water which makes hair washing take ages because most shampoos take a long time to lather and clean my hair. This cleans my hair a lot quicker and leaves it nice and soft. It smells of orange squash which I find unpleasant, so I do a second wash with fragrance free shampoo to remove traces of it from my hair. It isn't a strong, artificial smell that escalates my migraine when I am using it, like other shampoos; however I don't want it lingering around because it will be jarring. I wish there were more fragrance free products around. It is expensive but a little goes a long way, and because hair washing is quicker with it, it will likely save on water bills.

I live in an area with hard water and have to use regaine. I decided to get this because when i went on holiday the water they use is soft water and my hair was getting thicker. I didn't know water had that much of an impact on my hair. When i got back to the UK my hair started to thin again. That was when i started to use this product. And now my hair is getting fuller again and not falling. I use this along with regaine and it works well

Will never be using this item again. Awful shampoo, made hair fuzzy and terrible. Didn't help hatd water, created worse!

Amazing shampoo, hair feels clean and like any build up is gone after the first wash but the product does arrive spilt and leaking!

I don’t understand why manufacturer would recommend this for frequent use as this is a very drying product. I used it only once and with my usual conditioner (which always worked great) but my hair was left rough and static. I also noticed lots of breakage near the roots which happened straight after washing (before I combed) so not happy about that. On the upside it has nice texture and smell is alright (I’m usually very sensitive to perfumes but this didn’t bother me). I don’t know, perhaps this is better suited for oilier hair types, or need to use hair oil all over before using.

I purchased the Malibu C Hard Water Wellness Shampoo specifically as a chelating shampoo to help remove hard water buildup, and it has worked really well for that purpose. After using it, I can clearly tell a difference in the texture of my hair — it feels cleaner, lighter, and less weighed down. I only use this about once every 6 weeks as part of a clarifying routine, and it does a great job without over-drying my hair. Compared to other chelating or clarifying shampoos I’ve tried, this one feels less harsh while still being effective. It also has a pleasant scent and lathers nicely, which makes it easy to work through the hair evenly. Overall, this is a great option for removing mineral buildup from hard water, especially if you want something effective but still gentle enough for occasional use.

Melhor shampoo que já usei para combater os efeitos negativos da água dura nos cabelos. Deixa bem macio e com maleabilidade. Uso 1 a 2x por semana alternando com shampoos regulares. Recomendo

This shampoo lathers beautifully & left my scalp feeling squeaky clean, but not stripped and straw like. I have low porosity hair that is prone to build up + well water, so having a shampoo that combats both of these issues is amazing! Love! And a great scent.
