The connection for hot and cold water are way to long to connect straight onto the copper that comes out of the floor. See pictures. I have emailed the supplier and they have sent out new hoses. Hopefully these will be better. I will edit this again once I have them.Edited - Recieved shorter hose from supplier, who were very good in their communication, but these did not work as they bent when I tried to connect to the copper out of the floor. If you buy these taps you will need to connect it to the pipework under the floor before you tile and cut around the base of the taps. Now they are fitted they are decent taps
