I purchased these Gel Inserts to alleviate the constant pain I get when walking around the large office complex that I work in. The moment I used them I could immediately feel the difference it made in my feet and my legs. The inserts allow me to be more active and to wear shoes that I would not ordinarily be able to wear for a much longer period of time. I would highly recommend these inserts for anyone struggling with foot pain or who need a little extra cushion to in the sole.

Have several of these from various sources. Fit, comfort, and support and reasonably good for daily walking totaling 2-5 miles. A friend who has them (big guy) says durability is good; I haven't had them long enough to make my own judgment, but they don't seem flimsy.

My boyfriend wore these 2x and they started coming apart.

Discovered these orthotic inserts with arch support several years ago and are still raving about them. The price point is exceptional and the comfort is far superior to the $$$ expensive brands. Realize of course that they don't last forever, but to replace them won't break the bank and assures continued comfort with exceptional arc support.
