Wonderful instant soup that hydrates and is ready to eat after adding boiling hot water and waiting only about two minutes. Very good gluten free option. The noodles have a wonderful texture.They are not too soggy, they are perfect. These noodles would even be good with spaghetti sauce on them.They're that good. Each soup mix comes with a packet of chicken seasoning flavoring, that is very tasty.Although the noodles are so good, i've made them without the soup Mix package and added different sauces. A great item to have in a backpack or a go to when on the road, traveling or just need something very savory and delicious, Low calorie and quick to fix at home. Would purchase these again!

I have celiac disease and take every new product as a little win. the wife was making me jealous with her ramen bowls so now I have my own. I prefer the coconut over the mushroom but have not tried the others. Prep is quick'n'easy with packets of veggies, soup base, coconut powder and chili oil. The result is just the right amount of soup and noodles for a lighter meal. No reason that you cannot add some protein of your own, like chicken, prawns, or thinly-sliced beef. Two complaints: 1) The instructions are tiny - I can't read them without using my iPhone as a magnifier; 2) The instructions say to add water to the FILL LINE, but I don't actually see anything called a fill line, so I fill just below the top.

So far my favorite instant ramen. Great taste! and the size is decent. It’s on the expensive side, but it’s worth it

It's hard for someone with celiac disease to find instant noodles! These are very tasty, gluten free, and cook quickly so I'm not taking up the microwave too long at work. I always use chicken broth instead of water, so I don't usually use the entire flavor packet since the broth has salt already. The mild spice is perfect for me. I like their veggie flavor, too!
