My cat literally LIVES for the moment mom (me) wakes up in the morning to feed him this.I made the mistake of feeding him one portion of this every morning ever since I got him a a kitten and then I just leave dry food out for him to eat the rest of the day as he so desires.... He will bite me until I wake up just cuz he knows that when mom wakes up it's time for his daily treat! He wants one ANY time I get up from bed whether it be nap, getting up to pee in the middle of thenight, or actually when I wake up in the morning and will actually be feeding him. I sometimes actually regret getting him hooked on these treats, but I also have heard lots about how a mixture of wet and dry food is good for their urinary tract health and such. And I also just like to spoil my one and only baby!Bottom line, your cat will LOVE these if u give them it and let that be a warning. If u make it a habit of giving it to them they will never stop wanting it so either you have to commit to buying this for them for good and making it part of their routine, or just know to only give it to them as an occasional treat so they wont form habits and associate it with a certain take or time of day, etc. and get hooked to thinking they will get it. Lol ,

I have a cat that weighs probably close to 10 pounds and while that may not be big to some, I have a 4.5 pound teacup poodle and a 7 pound papillion, so in my house, she is a FAT cat! She also eats more than both my dogs put together - she is always finishing off their soft food at the end of the day. She starts with this Sheba - one half of a pair for her breakfast and then just after my lunch time she gets about half a can of another type of cat food...that's on top of the small bowl of dried food she eats on all day long...what a pig and yes, she gobbles Sheba food as if she's starving...

I am not sure why this 2 pack of 24 is way cheaper than the other flavors, but I am glad I decided to try it! My old, picky, diva cat loves Sheba and so far is a fan of all the flavors. I decided to try this one because of the added vegetables. I have to chop the pieces a tiny bit because she inhales it so fast. And all us cat lovers know that leads to not-so-pleasant after meal time yuckiness for us to clean. She really loves this one, and a happy cat equals a happy cat mama

One of our rescue cats had GI issues which are somehow Turkey-related. I had her on a Hills Science Sensitive Stomach (prescription) diet which was around $40/per small bag which we easily blew through in 1 month. Vets have always recommended wet foods over dry kibble crack but my cat usually refused to eat non-Turkey Fancy Feast. Introduced her to Sheba and she readily eats it now — the best part is that I was able to get rid of the prescription food. The costs of this are almost the same now, but at least it’s wet food and it’s less trips and costs to a veterinarian. On a related note, my other cat which we suspect is part Maine Coon (around 14 lbs.) has a double orange coat of medium length. We have to brush him regularly but with this food, I notice his texture has become much softer and he is shedding less.As for ingredients, this food has less fillers than most grocery bought wet foods.The only two cons I’d have to give Sheba is that the foil on the containers can be difficult to open—I almost need a plier some times to pull it off. Also, I wish the costs were lower as well.

the first few meals they asked for seconds. they each get about 1 tsp (which is all of 1 container of 2 in the package). Sometimes they feel like they should get more gravy so I take 1/2 or 1/4 tsp water and rinse the container, then add the liquid to their helping and stir it in with their helping as extra gravy. A solution for those of you who have trouble opening the packages - I take a sharp pointed knife and slit the foil all the way around the package then lift it off to access the food. Works great, get a good grip on the package and be careful not to slip.

Was really glad to see that this item was available on Amazon. I usually got it at a big name pet store but they have been out of it for months. My hunt began and I found no store had it. My cat is 9 and has only started eating wet food (this brand with vegetables) a year ago. It is important because he lost 3 teeth because he was on a dry food only dietThank you for making this cat food available. I will definitely be ordering again!

My cat Gabe likes all the Sheba flavors. I like the amount of meals in a box. Gabe is an inside kitty, so when I saw that Sheba was adding veggies to their food, I bought the Salmon flavor for him to try. Even though cats are primarily meat eaters, I felt that adding veggies to his diet made for a well balanced diet. He loves the new Sheba with veggies, and I feel like I'm giving him the best diet that I can.

The portion is perfect and I share one between the 2 cats and they are content. As soon as they hear the pulling off of the lid they come running. One of them loves the juices it comes in. I've tried quite a few types of cat food and Sheba is what they ended up liking the most.The garden variety is a new flavor for them. Price is good too
