I put it in the sensory/calm corner of my OT room and it is exactly what I wanted! It is a great size because I only wanted 1 kid in there at a time, although it can fit more. It was pretty easy to assemble, just a little confusing tying the fabric on, but that seems to be the same for all teepees. The fabric is thick and durable.
