Really happy with this shower head. The build quality is solid — feels substantial and well-made, not cheap plastic like a lot of options in this price range. The brushed nickel finish looks great and holds up well. Water pressure is excellent, and when paired with the filter, it's even better. Easy to install and the hose has good length. Would definitely recommend.

Been using this shower head since October 12, 2023 and it is GREAT! The water preassure is wonderful, and even with low water pressure it should be good (I have high). It holds up really well against hard water as well, as I haven't had to clean it once! The hose is very long, really good for washing the tub and the dog. Definitely worth the cost. Additionally, I bought this because I got some plastic ones from Lowes, and BOTH started to break/leak at the base. This solved that issue- no leaking because it's ALL metal!

I was a big Speakman fan after using their brass and metal shower heads in hotels. However their handheld models are plastic. I loved my Speakman handheld but it ended up leaking after a few years and I almost just spent hundreds on another one but thought I don’t want to do that just for it to leak again. I researched and came across HammerHead and the fact even their handhelds are brass and metal. This HammerHead kicks the Speakman to the curb. The HammerHead has awesome pressure and has a clean modern look to it. I’m excited to shower again and not afraid of water leaking.

I did a bath/shower remodel and used all Hammerhead products for the Handheld Shower Head, Shower Arm, Shower Valve/Trim Kit, and Tub Spout. All of the products are solid metal and superior quality. This review is for the HammerHead Solid Metal Handheld Shower Head with Hose and Brass Holder. All of the shower head components have a heavy, superior quality feel. Nothing is made of plastic. The volume of water coming from the 2.5 GPM shower head is fantastic--significantly better than my previous Delta shower head. I couldn't be happier with the quality and performance. The installation was very easy and everything I needed to connect to the main plumbing lines was provided. If I do any more plumbing projects, HammerHead products are going to be my first choice for the components I use. They are rock solid.

The manufacturer packages the product with the metal parts individually in their own cloth drawstring bags to prevent scratches. The manufacturer also supplies a few spare parts (rubber washers and replacement spray jets) as well as Teflon thread tape for installation. The only thing that you’ll need that isn’t in the package is an adjustable wrench (like a Crescent wrench) to install and it takes about 2-5 minutes to do. Installation went smoothly and it is free of any leaks. In use, it definitely makes you feel wet even with the 2.5 gpm flow restrictor in use. The only caveats that I can think of are that you only get one spray setting (but you know that from the description) and that the holder can’t be adjusted very far downward. Most locations that won’t be a problem, but in Michigan (for some reason) it seems to be customary to have the supply pipe exit the wall at a height of around seven feet so when docked the spray will hit you around shoulder height. The product appears to be well-made and feels substantial. The reason that I gave it four stars rather than five is due to the two caveats that I mentioned above. I do recommend this product if it fits your needs despite the two drawbacks.

I have used this shower head and hose for three years now, and it still looks and functions like new. Installation was super-simple. The hose is all-metal, very solid but also long and flexible. The shower head is also all-metal, with the exception of the silicone nozzles. No rust, no leakage, and everything still looks brand-new. The flow is not adjustable, but this works fine for me. The water pressure in my house is not the strongest, and my hair is long and thick, so I usually prefer a 2-inch shower head; however, this 4-inch head works great for me because (with the flow restrictor removed, still an easy and authorized option in 2023) the flow is perfect -- ample and powerful. Our water is quite hard, and sediment builds up quickly on pipes and faucets. I haven't seen any buildup in this appliance, however a recent overnight vinegar soak of the shower head made a huge difference, restoring the flow to full power. Hammerhead products are pricey but high-quality and very durable, cost-effective over time, and the company stands 100% behind their products. I can't say enough good things about their customer service. If you don't need an option to remove the flow restrictor (or "regulator"), as I do, without voiding your warranty, I highly recommend this handheld shower head. Great product; great company.

Hammerhead shower heads are great quality and beautiful. I bought 3 for my showers. They are heavy, beautifully made and produce a great stream of water. The handheld model is easy to install and comes with every you need.

I've had my eyes on this shower head for awhile. I bought another brand locally for the sole reason of easy returns. Got it home and it was so plastic-y feeling that I didn't even try to install; I just returned it. Decided to bite the bullet and order two Hammerheads. After 2 weeks of the boxes sitting on my bathroom vanity, I finally screwed up the courage to install them in my double shower today. To my surprise, no tools at all were needed. All the parts are nicely wrapped in bags. All the threads were even protected with plastic caps to avoid any damage in shipping! Plumbers tape was included. Twisted off the only shower heads. I ran a little water through the pipe and cleaned off all the old tape. Then, installed the first Hammerhead Handheld Shower head according to the simple instructions. LOTS more water pressure than before. I was so happy and went after the other one. To my surprise, I noticed the pipe was almost clogged when I took the old shower head off. Had to dig out a bunch of black gunk with an old toothbrush. Ran some water to finish the clean out and install the new Hammerhead. This one had even better water pressure!!?? Decided to go back to the first one and look at that pipe more closely. Sure enough, it had a little bit of clogging too. Now, I have the best shower head pressure I've ever had. I also checked them very closely for leaks and there were none! All I did was tighten all the connections by hand. Honestly, I don't know if the unclogging of the pipe caused the better water pressure or if it's the shower head. Maybe a combination of both? However, I do like these shower heads more than any other one I've used. The shower head is bigger and lighter than I was expecting. My original concern is that a metal head would break my faux marble if I dropped the head against the shower bench. While the head is very sturdy, I don't think it's heavy enough to do damage. The connection that holds the shower head is solid, heavy metal that I seriously will break. The hose is very nice and plenty long. I saw another review that the shower handle can get hot. I can see where that could happen, but I only hold it when I'm cleaning the shower or washing the dogs with a cooler water. Happy with my purchase and will purchase another one for the other bathroom. My only complaint is that I tried a different brand first and waited so long to install. Don't be me -- buy it and install it immediately. Enjoy your very next shower.

It is value but the handle is to behanged on a holder,it is not comfortable,a connector to the shower pipe is required then fantastic item .

I couldn't be more pleased with this product! This is the third showerhead that we've had to purchase since moving into our current residence 7 years ago. That may not sound like a terrible lot with how common planned obsolescence is these days, but we're kind of sick of it. We visited all the usual suspects looking for a completely metal handheld shower head. We even agreed to pay substantially more than we had in the past, if we had to, but no one even carried any! If we wanted an entirely metal unit from anyone we'd have to get a much more involved system than something we only had to screw in to the pre-existing plumbing. We rent and weren't really looking for the hastle. We were looking for something built to last, easy to install, and easily removable. Special bonus points if it didn't have to break our bank! I finally decided to cave and look online, since clearly I wasn't going to be enjoying a shower with my fancy new shower head that day. Success! This item popped up, and the reviews were promising. I looked up the company, and was impressed. Then I saw the price! This cost less than the chromed plastic pieces at all the stores! I decided to go ahead and order it, thinking I would get a second to replace our other washroom's incredibly basic showerhead if it was a success. Now, I'm afraid I've been evangelized. I'm seriously concerned that I may become one of *those* people, you know- the ones who love something so much they buy it in bulk and gift one to everyone? It's not lightweight like a plastic unit, but it's not heavy either. When holding it, it feels smooth, yet substantial, and the warm water heats the metal as it flows through it, which is kind of uniquely pleasant. The water flow feels like being caught in a warm, heavy summer rain, which I'm kind of in love with. As for cons, you could nit pick a few things. The handle doesn't screw in to be flush with the hose, nor does the hose screw in to be flush with the metal fixture that you screw into the shower's existing pipe. That being said the shower fixture itself, as well as the metal hose are both extremely well made and nothing leaks or drips anywhere. This piece is not a luxury item but well machined, and of exceptional quality. Basic and built to last. I love it, and hopefully, you will too.

Product is overpriced. It does not come with Shower head arm holder due to this it cannot replace the shower head you need to fix it on wall.. Product description and pics are not of the product you will get

We’ve owned this since Sept 2019. It is an all steel unit, shower head, bracket, and hose. I’m a total non-DIY guy, and I was able to install it myself, with some guidance directly from the seller, which at that time was provided. Properly cleaned it today after three years of just rinsing, and it shined up almost like the day we bought it. We’re very picky and usually sceptical of products that sound a bit too good to be true, but in this rare case, it has lived up to the expectations and quality. We’ve been shopping for handheld shower heads again as we’re renovating our whole bathroom now, and it is extremely hard to find a completely steel product. They may be out there, but certainly not in the $100 dollar range. We’re getting a hand held shower head included as part of the full renovation, but in all likelihood will still use the Hammerhead until it gives up. Do check the other reviews to see if current buyers are having a similar good experience; if Hammerhead have kept up the quality of their shower head today, you won’t regret buying it, even at the current price.
