Who needs a fidget spinner when you have this..... :-)
Overall Summary: Great knife (tempting me to look at other Kizer options as well)Have been playing with the knife now for what seems like just a few minutes but looks to be about a half hour. Somehow lost track of time just opening and closing the knife. Awesome action. Smooth and feels quite well designed. Initial detent is great and the blade does not seemingly move when shaking the knife. Initial resistance to movement is well done. Love the look of the blade with very clean lines and a nice polish. The blade is remarkably sharp. Closes with a nice snap. Blade centering is dead on and no side-to-side play when open. The "pocket pecker" is a little on the prominent side (being a bit kind) and is really noticeable. Strange though, I like the look. There's a curve of the frame near it to allow for a smoother hand insertion / removal in pocket when knife is present.Knife pocket clip has but one orientation: right hand pocket / tip up / tip out towards hip. For you lefties, I don't think that there'd be a worry with blade partially opening and possibly hurting your hand when inserting it into left pocket.Grip feel is quite good and feels like it would do fine when wet. I personally like the ridges. Something different from the normal G10 stuff seen. Edges smooth and no rough spots seen or felt. Liner lock engages easily and looks to cover about 40% of blade. Should be sturdy. To disengage, thumb can pretty easily push the liner thanks to recessed area present.About the only small negative thing that I can see is that when you have the knife closed and look at the top of the knife on the pivot side, you can see a burr present. It could have used a bit more work there. Not a big deal though, the rest of the knife more than makes up for the small oversight. When you first open it, you mal also want to remove some of the lubrication present.Happy that I purchased the knife and it will be immediately going into the rotation.

Quality blade for a great price!
Kizer makes some great knives and this one is no exception. Blade centering is perfect the grind is even and it’s extremely sharp. The action is AMAZING! Fit and finish is on point. Weight and ergonomics are very nice with a great blade shape and unique scale texturing. Overall a great product.

comfortable, handsome and sturdy
Winner. This knife is smooth, comfortable, handsome and sturdy. It has a nice thick liner lock and the knife blade came very sharp with a nice hollow grind. Update: I gave my girlfriend this knife because she liked it so much. I came back to buy another and they're sold out. No surprise there. Great knife. I just ordered the Kizer Flashbang. Hopefully, that one is close to the Dukes.

Well made knife for not too much change, but you might need to sharpen the edge.
The knife is well designed and well made. Excellent fit and finish. The deployment is via flipper and bearings, and I couldn't ask for a smoother run-out. Easy and lightning quick even without a spring. The knife fits the hand very well and is easy to get into and out of a pocket. The price is pretty good as well. The reason the knife did not earn a 5 was the edge of the blade had a lot of similarities to the leading edge of a ball-bearing. After working on the blade for a while it is much sharper now, but it really was dismaying to get such a nice knife with such a blunt edge. My guess is this is an anomaly. As this is my first Kizer, I will not belabor this. I would not hesitate to get another Kizer as the quality for price is pretty darn good.

Great flipper and pocket knife
I've only had this knife about an hour now. The finish is excellent. The weight is about perfect. Love how the metal slabs for the side of the knife are perfectly recessed into the micarta handled. The attention to detail on this knife is beautiful. They even sent it with a polishing cloth. An all around perfect pocket carry. All my complaints are down to personal taste but i will mention them anyways. Still a 5 star review.Handle is a little slimmer than i would like but vary comfortable. Just wish it was a wider not thicker.I would like the bolster lock to stick out a bit more from handle or at least have some good texture to it. Iit's a little hard to get to and actuate. This is causing my thumb to get a twing of pain from time to time. The flipper tab is probably 3mm to 4mm too long for my taste. The overall flipping action of the knife doesn't need that added leverage.

A very good knife for the price.
If you're familiar with the Kershaw easy opening folders, this one will feel friendly. However, I think this one is built better than its Kershaw counterparts. It is easy to keep sharp, responds well to a sharpening steel, but it is also razor-sharp out of box. I . Nearly every day, swapping it occasionally with one of my Benchmade knives. The steel is not quite as hard or fancy is the Benchmade, but in terms of bang for the buck I think it is a superior product to most of its competition.

Flimsy, cheap feel. What I received was not N690.
I received a flimsy, cheap knife. It was not what was described on the listing. I was so excited to open the package after reading all the positive reviews. It was a major disappointment when I opened the box. Even the package it was packed in felt extremely cheap. The knife was like some 99 cent store Chinese-made knife. Big ol’ let down… I might just get another Boker Urban Trapper. At least I know the Boker is VG-10 and can hold up to light to mid use as an EDC knife.
