Worth adding to your collection
I am a die hard Wusthof user, so we know all Wusthof knives are not elite. This paring knife is definitely worth having in your collection. It's extremely sharp right out of the package, and sharpens nicely. It cuts like butter through produce, which is what I primarily use it for. Feels good in my hand, overall a great add to my set.
