I was able to engrave some projects from the sd card, however control was inconsistent The engraver quit working entirely in 3 days. After a number of emails back and forth to the Chinese based LONGER support department, in which they asked me to conduct various tests, they concluded that the main CONTROL box was not working properly and sent me a new one at no cost. The new control box arrived in 6 days. I installed the new control box and the engraver is operating very well. After my initial problems with this engraver I must say that: The LONGER support department is: EXTREMELY professional, courteous, well trained, and available for help.
