The standard for chefs, but beware they take a couple of weeks to break in.
This was my 5th or 6th pair in the last 15 years. I’m on my feet 10 to 12 hours a day, and these are the most comfortable shoes ever. They also typically last me 3 years per pair.

The shoes are one of the best values available. They are sturdy, light and fluid resistant. Buy a pair, you won't be dissatisfied.

Crack through the "Soul"!
I'll update with photos, but I have these at work and don't have them with me currently...I bought these 5 months ago for a good work option as a chef. A friend recommended them. The footbeds are garbage so I replaced with aftermarket ones. Less than 6 months in, the sole is cracked from one side to another. I guess these aren't designed to be walked on. What a joke. I contacted Birkenstock and since Amazon isn't an official reseller, they wouldn't stand by them, told me to contact Amazon. Amazon just has chat bots that repeat and then when you raise the issue, they transfer you to another ai "agent". I'll never buy shoes on Amazon again, much less will never buy birkenstocks EVER again.

Work Shoes
My husband purchased these shoes for work. He really likes them and said they are very comfortable to wear all day being on his feet.

They are waaaay too big
I wear a 6-6.5 and I ordered a 5-5.5 based on other reviews and they are still huge. Even with the thickest socks I can fined they just fall off my feet.

Quality control issues?
I've worn Birki Profis for over a decade. They usually last 2 years or so before they start to crack. This current pair only lasted 8 months before they broke. Extremely disappointed.
