The instruction leaflet is pretty hopeless, with no diagram of the various parts nor where and how they fit. The leaflet indicates that the whole unit has to be put together but mine came with the pump part assembled and with only the pump handle to install and the lance to assemble. Greenkey says that's how they're shipped. Fit the pump handle into the back holes at the bottom of the tank (the instructions don't make that clear but the picture on the box indcates that's where it fits) and secure with the plastic circlip, found in the bag of parts, ensuring that the "nib" inside the circlip fits into the hole in the pump arm, thereby retaining the arm in the base of the tank. I had to return the first unit I received from Amazon because that "nib" was missing from the circlip but Amazon agreed its return and sent me out another immediately. The bag of parts contains four nozzles and various bungs, O rings and split pins and also a glass ball, which Greenkey says is a spare to replace that in the pump. Again, a diagram would be very helpful Greenkey also says that a list of spares is available on its website., Time will tell how robust this unit is but for the moment I have given it 4 stars, one deducted for naff instructions and no diagram.

Green key knapsacks are well made and robust, I now have 2 of them as I use them for various tasks as a gardener, they are excellent value for money and you can get spares quite easily if you need to, I have hadexpensive sprayers and they have not lasted as well as green key. Would definitely recommend.
