brilliantly packaged I might add
After many hours of research the general concensus was that you could not go wrong with these rods. I purchased mine in 8ft 15-40g, the rod arrived within days, brilliantly packaged I might add.The rod is light, responsive and casts like a dream. Soft enough to impart good action on surface lures yet stiff enough to give a very positive feel when hooked into a fish. Appears to be able to handle anything we can find off the shore in the UK.Only time i'd consider upgrading will be if this one breaks, and even then i'd be half inclined to buy another XLNT2!
