It does a great job on sore shoulders and calves, and I’ve also used it on my lower back and feet without any issues. The handle is comfortable to hold, and the weight feels balanced, so it’s easy to use for longer sessions.I didn’t think I’d care much about the Bluetooth feature, but I actually like it. The app gives simple routines and timing, which helps keep me from overdoing it. That said, it works perfectly fine on its own if you don’t want to use your phone.Battery life has been solid so far. I’m not having to charge it constantly, even with regular use, and it still feels ready whenever I grab it. It also feels well made and sturdy, like something that’s going to last.I honestly don’t have any complaints with this one.
