Very bad and fragile product. I recievedthe product and the glass coffee holder was cracked. The material used be it plastic or glass jug at the bottom to collect the coffee is made of such thin material it could crack at anytime. I returned the product with 10 minutes of receiving the same as I noticed the crack I would not recommend to buy this product. Not sure of other products of this company

Pros: Compact size, can make around 4 cups (large ones) easily despite its size, very easy to setup and works fine in a no nonsense way. It looks good as well. Value for money product. Cons: Build can be improved specially the top lid of the coffee pourer, feels pretty cheap and flimsy. Warranty registration form has no submit button after filling up (which is pretty weird, maybe its a technical glitch thru safari browser, not sure) Overall it is a proper vfm coffee machine. Long term durability is yet to be determined.
