This little piece of plastic has revolutionized my egg game. I mastered the perfect boiled egg (thank you) but would constantly obliterate it trying to get it peeled. Thanks to the Negg, shake a cpl times and the shell comes right off in one piece! It takes a little trial and error, 6 shakes seems to work for me but it all depends on your shake style, strength etc. And I still pull the shell off under running water but it’s more habit than necessity. When I got it, I didn’t think it would work, so the first egg I tried looked like egg shell salad! I shook it like 20 times lol 😆 Don’t do that. Add 1/4 c water (to the bottom cap line), shake GENTLY a few times, you’ll learn to hear the sound when it’s done. And you can see thru the clear plastic to check if you need a few more shakes. The snap on lid is a little hard to pop on and off completely so i leave mine a little askew and shake over the sink, a little water may sneak out but when you’re doing 18 eggs, it’ll save your fingers, trust me.
