Affordable and tasty creatine powder in strawberry lemonade flavor. I purchased this for myself and my son (19 yo). We like the benefits you get from adding creatine to your daily routine. He takes it more for adding strength and endurance to his workouts and to help with recovery/muscle building. I take it more for the added energy and cognitive benefits. It mixes well in water, but I do recommend using a shaker bottle or an electric frother/stir to blend well. If you prefer you can add it to a small amount of warm water to blend faster and then add to cold water. Optimum Nutrition is a brand you can trust. I appreciate that they offer affordable health care options for folks that want to get the most out of their workouts or daily routine, and do so in a healthy and efficient way. Taste is tangy! In this AZ heat icy cold and tangy works. I put it in my 32oz drinking container with ice a and I'm good to go. That lady's until noon then just plain water to make sure I get my fluids in! Good stuff!

*I find if you put the powder in water then add the ice it dissolves better I bought creatine before but I didn’t like the grainy taste to it but this specific one with the multivitamin dissolves really well. I tried the plain one and it wasn’t my favorite, I have been able to drink this everyday with no problems and it tastes good enough that I want another cup after a long day. I feel really good after drinking this, and I’ve been taking it consistently for the past week, I bought this two years ago and my previous experience with the plain “flavor” just expired because I couldn’t get myself to drink it

This was an easy way to combine creatine with electrolytes instead of mixing several separate products. The strawberry-peach flavor was [pleasant/too sweet] and mixed [well/with some residue] in cold water. I liked the convenience for workouts, but it is more expensive than basic unflavored creatine and the added ingredients may be unnecessary for someone who already uses an electrolyte mix.

Giving it 4 stars because the main purpose is the creatine, but have a hard time believing the reviews saying they like the taste. It's pretty sickeningly sweet in a very chemical tasting way. The crystal light review seems kind to me. I take mine with 16 oz of water and just down it in one shot like medicine. On the plus side I'm 57 and my workouts certainly have improved. Whether it's just in my mind my joints arent bothering me like they used too and I've actually started increasing weights after years of decreasing how much I was lifting. As for taste I much prefer the ON offering with just creatine (ie not including vitamins like this version). Far less sweet and much easier to drink.

It taste good, gets the job done and has a low cost per serving but it doesn’t mix very well even sticking it in a mini blender it still at the bottom has that grit of unmixed powder

The taste is so good. The effectiveness is very noticeable. The effects is very fast, you felt more energy and want to weightlifting more. Worth it! Strawberry Peach is the one.

I bought this because I didn't want to do an unflavored creatine, and liked the idea that this also offered the addition of vitamins B, C, D, potassium, magnesium and electrolytes. The strawberry peach smells great... While the taste isn't necessarily bad, (it's almost more tropical fruit than strawberry/peach🤷) but it IS strong. I found that I blow past the recommended 12-16oz of water and water it down even more. I've actually started using 1 scoop of this and one scoop of unflavored creatine to make the flavor a little less intense. It does lose me a little with the aftertaste... If you grew up in the 80s/90s, the aftertaste is giving Crystal Light, which I don't particularly love, but it's to be expected with all workout drinks/supplements that don't use sugar to improve taste

Great flavour so the typical yucky creatine taste is hidden by the great peach taste. I've been taking creatine off and on for years from raw to more processed and flavoured. This is one of the best. Please understand that your stomach must get used to it and may be a bit upset at first.
