This bag is STUNNING. It's lightweight but sturdy and goes with everything. It's like the Coach Teri bag. Holds a lot when I want to just grab and go while out shopping. Fits my iPhone 16 Pro Max (times 2 because I carry my work phone too), slim card case wallet, hand cream, various lippies, and a small bag that I keep mints/meds in. I haven't changed out the strap, the one it came with is a great length for me. I haven't had any issues with the zipper either, its fairly smooth.
