We wanted a new umbrella since last summer but we finally decided to pull the trigger this year. The was on sale with a small discount so after finding a color we wanted in the size we needed I pulled the trigger. The timing for delivery was a concern as I am schedule to have surgery on the last day it showed for delivery, but I gambled anyway. Delivery was fast! Instead of the 1-6 days, we had it all in 2. I just finished assembling and opening/closing this new Purple Leaf cantilever umbrella. What a nice product! It's substantial, solid, and very well designed to not just look the part of a quality item, but function as one too. I was surprised by the initial weight of the umbrella, which was notably more than the one we were replacing. Assembled it's quite sturdy and raises and lowers much more smoothly and easily than our old one too. No more lock collar to make trying to close it an exercise in frustration -- this one is simple and fast. This is our third umbrella, first one for this brand and my initial impressions are very positive -- very positive! If you need an umbrella with the flexibility to angle it to block the sun you cannot beat a cantilever. Our first was, and so is this. Our second one was not, which is why we came back to this design -- you'll learn fast if it's an important feature and you chose wrongly. From experience I have found this style handles moderate wind better too. Note: do not expect any umbrella to handle winds beyond a gentle light breeze without swaying or pitching back and forth. Though it should seem like common sense, there are people out there who will complain that it flings all over the place when attempting to use it in 35 mph winds. Just know that this may not arrive all on the same day. Yes, it ships in two boxes and only had shown one tracking number with no notation of it being 1 of 2 & 2 of 2 for boxes. My base arrived the next day, and there was no way of knowing if anything else was in shipment -- but it did show up the following morning. It seems well worth the wait too!

We love this umbrella. The seller emailed with all info on when each box would arrive (separate days) so we knew ahead of time. Extremely well made and easy to set up with the base. Ours had a minor bend in one of the bars and the seller immediately shipped us a replacement bar and video on how to replace it. This was our request because we didn’t want to go through the hassle of returning/replacing this very large, heavy item for such a minor fix. We have had the umbrella for a few months now and it is sturdy and beautiful. Also, this is a great seller who communicates fast and quick should you have any issues!

I rarely give reviews but I absolutely need to review this amazing umbrella! I researched many brands but liked the quality of the fabric, the strength of the pole and read many reviews, all of which led to choosing this brand. It was an easy set up, and we especially love the ease of the 360 degree swivel feature! If I could give 10 stars instead of five, I would!

First, customer service is great. The base wasn't sent with the umbrella and they took care of it immediately. Very helpful. The umbrella is very nice and seems well built. It was pretty simple to put up and is easy to put up and down. I do wish we hadn't purchased the one that tilts. It moves a lot in even a light breeze. and creaks loudly the whole time. It is not only annoying, but I am quite concerned it could get damaged. I did send an email asking if this is normal and if I should be worried, but didn't hear back from them. Unless you live somewhere where this never a breeze (I am not talking about high winds here), I would stay away from the one that tilts. I regret it.

Excellent customer service. Before I spent the money to purchase this, I was in contact with with a CSR, named Emily. She answered all my questions which basically involved dimensions since I have a small patio. Wind resistance is OK – – I get gusts of wind here maybe eight up to 10 mph and the umbrella swings in the gusts. Typically if these are sustained winds, I close the umbrella to be on the safe side. I believe that is part of the design. I’ve only had it for three months and it’s held up very well. We ended up putting it in the ground in a concrete base. The basic came with is huge and takes three or four bags of sand to weigh it down. Then there’s no moving it! Took up too much space on the patio so we moved it out, as I said, and put it on a concrete base away from the patio. Plus, it had to be moved anyway, because of the size of the umbrella, when tilting it, it would hit the soffits of the house. All in all happy with the purchase, I wish I got another color instead of blue, but that was my own fault.

I appreciated the email and correspondence through Amazon on my second order informing me of the tracking numbers and that I would receive 2 boxes. Speed of fulfillment was very good. I like the color of the umbrellas. The feel of the fabric is nice. I like how you designed the cover…makes it very easy to put on the umbrella. I specifically ordered this umbrella where it came with the base so I didn’t have to try to figure out which base worked. I used the sand and water combination and it appears sturdy. I probably should have gone with a larger umbrella for my needs but these fit the area well. They look nice and hopefully will last for a while. Packaging was very good. Ease of set up was overall smooth. A couple of directions I had to think about but that’s pretty common when someone tries to write down instructions for another. No real suggestions there. Currently I have no regrets about my purchase and would recommend your product to others. I’m most pleased with the quick communication and the follow up emails. To me that says a lot about a company.
