Five Star for Customer Service
The system is great. Have not had a problem with performance. Easy to connect and configure. The problem was when I switched out internet company and for some reason the whole system locked me out and kicked me out of the app. I tried every step that was on help center, contacted three different tech support team members and for a whole week of going back and forth, was still unsuccessful to log me back in to my dvr. Called the number again and OSCAR got on my case, he is amazing. Helped me solve the problem in 20mins. I am back on live now and everything is working like it’s supposed to.

Buen costo beneficio
Me gusto que para el precio ya tiene el disco duro instalado y la facilidad para instalar todo el equipo. Lo más importante la facilidad de conectarlo a mi app en el celular y poder monitorear donde me encuentre.

Clear View, Easy Install, Affordable
I was quoted $5200 for someone to put a camera system at my business. With the way the economy is I could not afford that route so I chose to get these cameras and put them up myself. So far very pleased with the investment. I had to get extensions for the wires to be able to get where I needed them but the pictures is very nice and it was simple to put up with a ladder and drill. Also has its own Hard drive with movement notifications through the app. Affordable and great quality 💪

Es un producto de muy buena calidad solo me gustaria que los cables fueran un poco mas largos, es bastante largo al fin de cuentas solo es un parecer, en si no tengo ninguna queja realmente de este, es excelente y a buen precio.
