Absolutely love this liquid vitman! My nails have grown so much. I have more energy and it doesn't make me feel sick. This is a must have!!! Definitely easy to take everyday. Great price. I bought this for my husband as his vitamin D levels were very low. Started to put this in his tea that he drinks all day and when we went to his annual exam his vitamin D levels were well in the normal range. He feels better and has more energy. It was easy to give to him since it was a liquid. Plus the orange flavor which is slightly sweet makes it taste great. The cost of this is very reasonable and the ingredients are simple. I will continue to use this as the K2 helps it absorb into the body. It has everything needed for him to continue to use it.

I have four stars because I did think taste is fine product seems great… until I actually have my next blood work I can’t say it’s truly a five. But I truly hope it is

Within 3 months we went from dangerously low vitamin D level to within normal range. See the chart for measurement from December and then from just this week. All we did was use this oil. Can take it directly or put it in juice or coffee. It does the trick.
