I'm absolutely in love with this bag! I'd been specifically looking for a white tote as the others I own are perpetually covered in cream coloured cat hair. As I was searching through Amazon, I spotted this one and when I realised it was customisable, I felt compelled to get one.I decided to use couple of pictures of my beautiful cat family. I'd overlooked checking the resolutions of the photos when placing the order so I contacted the seller. They responded very promptly and recommended looking for a sharper image for one picture. They were also very complementary about my cats which was cute of them.The bag arrived two days after ordering which is very swift for a non-Prime item. I'm really impressed with the bag. It's perfect for slipping into your back pocket if you're popping in to town or going midweek food shopping. The prints on both sides look great and the stitching on the handle is sturdy which is often a failing with smaller totes. I've carried a few litres in it and I'm confident that it holds a good amoun of weight.Considering that this cost s tenner with free delivery my expectations weren't very high, however I'm really happy with this. The customer service was also spot on.I'll definitely buy a couple more - I can also see this making a fun and thoughful gift for a friend or colleague. It looks like this company print on a variety of products, so I'll certainly be back.

The quality of the print is incredible! I wanted the bag to have a drawing of mine which has a lot of detail and colour and it was done in watercolour, the way it came out on the tote was stunning and beyond anything I expected! Only thing is, the bag faded after a wash, but only a little bit however I really liked that as it gives it a more worn stylish look and tbh makes the bag look even better as otherwise it was too bright (not a fault of the seller, the colours I used in the og drawing were very bright to begin with) :)

I ordered 4 bags and they all came out amazing! As the other comments say: the bags are a little thin. But it still holds up well! The printing is very well done and just looks great. Might order another one… :) the relation of price to quality is really good as well.

Brilliant product. So easy to create through the Amazon app. I usually avoid personalisation on Amazon purely because it’s so complicated but this was a doddle. Arrived so quick and the print quality is excellent. It’s a shame the only option for bag colour is white but still a great bag. So good I’ve ordered a second one and a Christmas gift.

Brought for friends birthday but not given it yet. I'm disappointed with the quality of the fabric... its very thin and light weight was excepting heavy more like canvas. But the photo on bag is good so I'm sure she will appreciate the thought.

The quality of the bag and the print was amazing
