It’s a great product.

I personally take Cordyceps to increase mental clarity and it works like a charm. On days that I don't take it the brain fog and vertigo sets in. For the dogs it has cleared up several ailments in only a matter of days. These mushrooms are truly incredible!

Ever since hearing Joe Rogan talk about cordyceps, I have been interested in trying it, especially as someone into fitness. Cordyceps was traditionally used in Chinese medicine and has been touted for health benefits such as improved athletic performance, immune support, and potential anti-inflammatory and antioxidant effects. Cordyceps gained a lot of attention in 1993 when Chinese female runners in the Olympics received records in 1500 m, 300 m, and 10,000 m events and their coach suggested that their diet containing cordyceps played a part in their success. However, its important to recognize that more research needs to be done before we can recognize the true benefits and effects of this supplement. Various research studies explain that cordyceps contains a component called cordycepin that has been identified as a potential nutraceutical and can potentially help with inflammation. Lab studies also suggest it may have positive effects on obesity. I do wish that the percentage amount of cordycepin in this supplement was disclosed. I reached out to the company, but am still awaiting a response in regard to that. I do appreciate that the amount of beta glucans is disclosed. Beta glucans are known for their ability to stimulate the immune system, potentially helping the body fight off infections and diseases. As far as taste, its great taken on its own or mixed into a drink. I didn't find that there was any noticeable flavor other than a sweetness, due to the glycerin. It's a very subtle taste.

Best product in the world. It'll seriously get you jazzin'. Compared to this brand and these products, every other mushroom product I've tried is trash.

I like it but I have just began taking it daily.

Will be honest, it's a large volume of super sweet and sticky liquid and not sure if I felt any health benefit whatsoever. Seems like it could be a quarter the size if they just concentrated it like a normal tincture.

Ultrasonic sonic extraction weakens the potency of mushrooms; it does not strengthen them. Cordycepin specifically is most potent when extracted using alcohol. This watery product is not a top-of-the-line extract.
