After some time the remote won’t work. They’ll take down the product page and make a new one so the reviews don’t reviewed by potential new buyers. It won’t connect to the WiFi attachment you buy separately. Spend real money for better quality. These are cheap and there’s a reason why

After having to get 2 replacements and hoped to have this item would work to the fullest BUT it’s about that time to write a review regarding this item. Yes quality looks great and at first glance it seems like a promising item. But no after 2 attempts of giving it a chance it really is not worth the time and money ordering this item. Seller never responds to the messages regarding replacements so you have to order another then return it as far as replacements. Also the solar panel works fine but for some reason the unit just stops accepting a charge, even plugged in without the solar attachment. You were able to raise and lower from the units button & also the controller. But nope not anymore. Just not worth it guys it’ll get stuck & good thing it got stuck on the down position.

Update - Remote doesn't work most of the time to raise the blinds but usually work to lower blind. No manual switch on the blind so without remote working you better like the blinds always down. They offer a USB dongle to interface with Alexa which I did order but no instructions and sent support request to them and got no response. Extremely poor customer service and poor product. I would definitely NOT recommend these. Fantastic, these motorized blinds are great. I have only used the remote so far but I plan on getting a hub so I can control them through Alexa. This is very futuristic but here now. I have ordered one for every window in my house. These are very easy to install and really look good. I also noticed my office room was cooler after installing these. I would definitely recommend these.

These blinds are seriously a game-changer! I love being able to control them with the remote or even just ask Alexa to open or close them. The blackout feature is perfect for sleeping in, and the solar panel means no annoying batteries to change.
