Just what you need!!
If you own a GoPro and need more angle and mount options than what came with your GoPro, this is what you need! The clamp is made for a 1 inch bar but you can fit it on a larger bar and it comes with rubber inserts so you can clamp it to a bar the size of your pinky finger!! Plenty of extensions and angled pieces so you can get the perfect shot. Very well constructed materials. I'm not gentle with my GoPro, from 4 wheelers, to dune buggy to bicycle off road, this has not failed me! All the screws, bolts and plastic parts fit perfectly and are very solid. If you need a bit more for your GoPro, this is it!!

good price, great for a new camera angle
watching footage of your favorite trails in one position gets kinda boring, so maybe mix it up? I position this primarily on the seat post and when i want to mix up footage of my ride or let the rabbit chase me i pop it on. Pretty snug, fairly stable attached to a seat post on a full suspension epic marathon. Gives a neat perspective of the rear wheel and the trail, works really cool iMO if you have someone riding behind you. I thought the price was decent and the video pretty stable and clear. The quality is the same as all the go pro branded hardware. Good mount to add to your collection.

I think the mount is relatively easy and intuitive to use
I purchased the GoPro Handlebar mount after borrowing a friends GoPro mount. I think the mount is relatively easy and intuitive to use. It's simple construction allows the user to mount the GoPro to a ski pole or long, cylindrical shaft for active one-handed filming. I made the mistake of leaving the mount on the pole without the GoPro on the mount during a run and knocked the small, metal nut off the end that the GoPro slides into. I was fairly warned by my friend before leaving the mount on that the nut would fall off naturally from the wear and tear of downhill skiing if the GoPro wasn't connected to them mount and foolishly disregarded his advice. I ended up take the nut of the alternative mount with a bit of tampering and jerry-rigged the nut to the mount. I realize I've compromised the integrity of the mount and the nut will never be as securely fasted as the original, factory manufacturing but it does the job and I feel bad asking for a replacement since I am pretty much responsible for the nut coming off in the first place. It would behoove GoPro to consider improving the formula for fastening the nut onto the mount so there is a stronger bond between the nut and the mount. Perhaps there is a cheaper, stronger adhesive GoPro can consider researching if it is cost effective. Anyways, overall very happy with the product and am simply providing constructive criticism to GoPro and a fair warning to other skier who use the mount while skiing. Make sure to take the mount off after use! Cheers

Great Mount to have
I do a lot of bike riding, and wanted to capture it with my gopro. This mount is excellent. Easy to place on a bike and virtually goes anywhere you want. The video is incredibly stable too, I know that is partially due to the camera, but I have noticed with different mounts, some are less stable then others. This one by far is the most steady I have especially considering how bumpy a bike can be. I have also used this mount on my Jeep, as I go four wheeling. I placed it on the grill of the Jeep to capture a cool angle that really gives perspective to the trail. Again, the mount is incredibly stable thus allowing for some great shots. I highly recommend having this mount, it can be used in so many ways.

Works but could be more rugged.
When using this to mount my GoPro camera, one of the sections broke due to a fatigue failure of the plastic. The problem is caused by the camera vibrating at the end of the bracket causing it to eventually break. I now need to replace the mount and the camera housing. Amazingly the camera still works after flying off my bike at 60 mph. One other problem is the screws that are inside the adjusting knob will sometimes not spin with the knob when trying to tighten the bracket. I solve this by carrying a small screwdriver with me when using the mount but it's one more thing I need to take with me.

Highly versatile
Works great in all expected posioions and several unexpected ones as well. Because the camera can be inverted, most of my placements hold the camera upside down. I've used it to video myself, another rider in front, a rider behind, and appropraching traffic from behind (just in case). It attaches tightly to a seatrpost, handlebar, chain stay , seat stay, and aero bars. When upside down it is out of the way and easy to forget. A real positive is that it's a mount easy to attach and adjust on a friends bike to get some self footage. Of course it also works great on any other right-sized bar, pole, or tube meaning its much more useful than just for cycling.

Great Size, Works on all sorts of things (including trombones!)
Trombone Player- Mounted it to my slide: Worked great. Mounted it to my Boomstand: GREAT. Mounted to the tiny neck of my standlight: AWESOME. Comes with 2 rubberized inserts. A thin one: great for my Tbone Slide and thicker "pipe" shaped objects. A thick one: great for very small objects like cables or thin wires. Setup is easy, Size is small enough to fit in the front flap of my tablet pouch.

Awesome mount!
I was skeptical about this mount at first and the amount of vibration that it would transfer up into the camera, but it's proven me wrong. I've used this mount on the handlebars of my mountain bike, riding both on pavement and shredding trails, and the footage is gorgeous. Don't get me wrong, when it's bumpy you'll be able to tell on the video, but on smooth pavement it might as well be a professional motion control rig. The best part though, is how versatile a mount it is - I've mounted my GoPro on the end of trekking poles, pipes, sticks... pretty much anything. With a little bit of foam or something between the mount and whatever it's mounted on, I'd imagine you could reduce the amount of vibration even more... but if it's that big a concern, I'd recommend the "Chesty" body harness mount.

Nifty little mount
Bit expensive but you pay for quality: the plastic is very tough and and it mounts easily to things. I used this on my ski-pole; it was easy to add/remove it in the cold and the components held-up well in the adverse weather. Haven't tried it on my bike yet but it will most certainly fit easily to the handlebars and seat stem. Be careful when removing it (and other GoPro mounts) on the go: I nearly lost the nut from the end thinking it was glued in! If you want to film more interesting angles than from your helmet for cheap, buy this!

Very useful.
Amazing & fits just anywhere on a bike, motorcycle. If using on motorcycles I would suggest do a test run (nothing wrong with the product) the engine tends to generate vibrations & at 30k plus rpm the video starts getting jittery. The mount's rubber padding isn't thick enough to spot it at hight rpm's. The small diameter rubber mount well can give improvement but depends on what is your mounting pipes diameter. The screw fit really snug I was shocked of seeing their strength. I have taken the Arup with 2 extinctions & Speer up to 170kmph the wind does not push the camera a cm away from what you had set it up. Happy buying.

eccezionale
