This is not the granular stuff that’s mixed with erythritol. This is more concentrated and there’s no waiting, so it’s more precise and easier to use in coffee and other beverages. Get both if you’re doing low-carb.

This liquid monk fruit is rated as being the healthiest & least damaging alternative sweetener for LIQUID drinks. No erythritol. It is excellent taste. There are issues, but they can be overcome. Bitterness. This is related to using TOO MUCH of the product. You need to carefully experiment with the items you use it in to find the perfect number of drops to give you the desired sweetness without the side effect of Bitterness. I have no issue as I have found my perfect level. Poor packaging (yes) causing sticking of clear lid to colored lid & leaking. Make sure to read package directions. Remove the silicone seal @ the top of the lid & (re)place it where indicated. Make sure to be careful to dispense the drops from the lid at a careful rate. When done, carefully wipe the peach colored lid before twisting on the clear lid. When twisting on the clear lid, just LOOSELY twist on, DON'T OVERTIGHTEN. Overtightening can cause the two lids to stick together completely, crack, or not come off at all. I wasted almost a complete bottle this way, but never again with keeping lids CLEAN & LOOSELY tightening. OR, you can just buy an alternative plastic bottle on Amazon with a small dispensing tip. There are many available for a few bucks & you can use it repeatedly, just washing in between refills. This is the most EXCELLENT, healthiest, tastiest liquid Monk Fruit I've found. By paying attention to the issues, you can avoid any negatives.

I love monk fruit sweetener. I love that it’s a healthy alternative to many of the other non-sugar sweeteners. But I was not happy to find out that this needed to be refrigerated, what a bother. I did not notice that in the description when I purchased this product. If I had, I wouldn’t have bought it. It taste good, works great, but I will not buy it again because I don’t wanna mess with having to go back-and-forth to the refrigerator every time I want to sweeten a cup of coffee.

.. because the flavor is what we wanted, the consistency is easy to deal with (not too liquidy or too thick) but what keeps this product from being a FIVE star winner is the bottle. It could be worse, but it could be FAR better. Over time, we've learned how to get actual "separate" drops to come out (and still, sometimes, this isn't possible) and the cap gets messy... we use a small plastic container like you'd get with a condiment take-out order and sit the bottle down in there before putting it on the door shelf of our fridge (and chalk that up to finding out how messy, sticky, and leaky it can be through experience.) Not recommended for anyone with dexterity issues... as in children, older folks with painful joints in their hands, or someone who has vision issues. You need GOOD hand-eye coordination. It's a shame really, because it's an excellent product overall. We will order it again, but one of these days, we'll find just the "right" container to off-load the contents into and never look back.
