Why did you pick this product vs others?: The material & gel fill seemed the best choice to help with inflamed muscles. It doesn't stay cool enough for long enough. Buy I like using it

Bought this for my grandfather for his back problems we were looking for something like a cold pack, but to wrap around him so he could keep it on his back and my grandfather is a bigger man, but I was not happy with this purchase at all my son is seven and it was even too small for him. It shouldn’t show in the pictures that it is able to fit on an adult because it absolutely does not!
