1 week update : it helps in craving and I am a binge eater who can’t control cravings even after my stomach is full so it helped me in mindful eating 1 month update: no weight loss but it helped me to control cravings when starting a diet plan. Now it doesn’t have a effect. I don’t feel that full anymore. Anyone who is starting a diet plan can take it to be on track. After some time it loses it purpose.

Can’t believe but it really controls cravings!!!!
When I tired I didn’t believe if something can stop me from eating loads and loads of chocolate and sweet. Basically it controls cravings means it helps us to ignore it and I’ve really experienced this. I don’t feel any sort of sugar craving and due to no sugar is body my skin glows

This is a fairly good product for weightloss. One needs to be patient n consistent though. And also practice clean eating and some exercises consistently to get desired results. Taste is fairly good too . Did not experience any side effects.

At the age of 58 years I am highly satisfied with the product, helps in bloating, indigestion. I used to take digestive tablets like ractac or omez after every meal. Now nothing is needed. I am using since last month. It's really helpful.
