If you are trying to increase your milk production this is not the pump for you, please be aware that this pump is great for catching let down and to multitask with while breastfeeding on one side but an electrical or portable pump should be used for stimulation/expression. My daughter almost bought two of these until she start pumping with one and realized the milk she was getting in 3 hours with this pump took only 10 - 15 minutes with an actual pump. My daughter had been told not to pump which is why she tried this out and it ended up being a nuisance rather than helping and it’s also uncomfortable having this manual pump suctioned to your breast for any extended period of time. Pumping should be no more than 20 minutes regardless of the kind of pump you’re using.
