My best guess is 5-10 lbs. We don't have a manual w/specifics. We easily carry it (w/o water in "tank") up/downstairs daily. My 5 year old can carry it and my 2 year old easily moves it.

How old the toddler got to be to use this?

I bought mines for my almost 3 year old, the height is adjustable

Can I just get water tank

We would like to inform you that you couldn't just buy the water tank.

What is the warranty? Several reviews say they love it at first but then it starts leaking.

The manufacturer's warranty is 60 days and the CS team is willing to get helps whenever you contact them. =)
