Deep rich color
Americolor is the only food coloring I’ll use for my cookie business. The colors are rich and beautiful and you don’t need to use a lot to achieve the color you want. This sage was used for my sisters wedding cookies and they turned out perfect.

Beautiful shade
Just a drop is all you need for a lovely sage color for frosting. I would not use this for the cake itself unless you have pure white cake, and even then I might go with a lighter green. Beautiful for the outside, pretty unsettling for insides.
