The Best raw wheat germ I've found in 29 years
This is the best raw wheat germ I have found since the local health food store went out of business 20 years ago. Real raw wheat germ should melt in your mouth and be sweet, at least from my experience. And it should be refrigerated. Too much of the other supposed raw wheat germ I've tried seemed to be cut with wheat bran. It was not sweet and did not melt in your mouth. I have to admit that the bag takes up almost a whole shelf of my refrigerator, but it's OK as it's THE BEST. I'm so glad I found a source for the good stuff.

A hard-to-find Item in my area
I use both raw wheat germ and bran in my bread and roll recipe and found out when I made a batch without the wheat germ it just wasn't as good. Could not find any in my area, so order this online. Arrived quickly, was just as described, and my next batch of bread was just fine. Hint: adding a tablespoon each of raw bran and raw wheat germ in the bottom of each cup before filling the cup with bread flour when making bread is a great improvement.
