Great transmitter, but the antennas.....
It took me some time to find the best antenna/config for this thing. But once it's right it's a great transmitter. I had a lot of issues with both the antenna and whip that come with the xmitter. Not sure if I just got a spotty set of antennas, at first was experiencing this bizarre issue where I would change the antenna, then my quad would lose the number 4 motor. Until the vtx was disconnected from the FC and powered on without the vtx the issue remained. It could be the antenna or possibly the vtx got a little too close to the carbon frame and caused a short? Who knows, but if anyone else is having the same experience with this vtx after swapping antennas, that's the trick to resolving it.Overall recommend, great value for the money, great vtx.

MMcx connector broke, replacement received. Will update after test flight
1 crash was all it took to break off the connector clean from the board. I soldered a cheap antenna directly to the board (had to scrape it to exposed the positive lead, it was ripped out with connector). While I salvaged the vtx, it sucks. I have a 25w transmitter on my tinywhoop that puts out more range than mine ever has, even before the break. Iโm sure I got a defective module and a lot of others have been satisfied but the connector always seems to be the issue. If crazypony reaches out to me to replace it I will update my review accordingly.Update: I was emailed by the seller, they sent me a full replacement after seeing the broken connector. I just wired it up last night, but I wonโt be able to test it out until I get it operational (now escs wonโt initialize, likely a non-related issue as I get video signal). I will update my rating again after testing, for now I am changing my rating from 1 to 3 because of the excellent customer service in reaching out to me to solve the issue.

One of the highest quality vtx's on the market.
This is one of the most well thought out vtx's I have seen. It has led lights to show channel, band and power. I love that it is stackable, 30.5x30.5 mounting holes but doesn't cover the whole FC. The cut outs allow access to boot button and connectirs on the side. A robust mcmx connector is included, not the cheap thin mcmx to sma wire. This is a high voltage vtx so it will accept 4s battery power directly. Also I like that it has a connector for the power input. I never have like soldering wired directly to the vtx. This way you can disconnect it from the FC easily. Definitely not one of those cheapo vtx's. I will be buying a few more in the

Amazing video feed. Where's my audio?
Really amazing picture in my Fatshark Attitude 5's. But it's not sending audio to my Goggles :-( Hopefully I can figure something out. Had a few people look at what was up. I'll start trouble shooting with different goggles (Already used both Jacks and different ear buds) Just get static. Still 5 stars based off the video quality.

I may make the switch to this VTX!
This thing takes up to 42V! That's true HV right there. Crystal clear video and it has smart audio. Satisfied all my expectations. Although I wish it would have a 5v output to power the camera as an option but I think it's not a big deal with today cmos cameras accepting up to 36v. On the other side wiring is super easy there are no extra power wires that can make a beginner confused. Connect the red and black wires directly to your XT60 red and black wires, blue wire goes to a UART TX for smart audio and the yellow wire is obviously video. Super easy, super nice!

Love it, eventually
Got a bad one at first. Got a good one eventually. I can say I really love thisvtx. Its powerful, and easy to use smart audio.. honestly my favorite option.Pros:Lots of power optionsSmart audiogood fit factor in my builddoesnt get too hotCons: would be sweet in a 20x20power isnt as rated.. the higher power settings kinda reach around 600... its closer to true rating the lower you goThis is a great vtx. Will be using more of them in my larger builds.

High power input, high power output, great for long range
Great VTX, installed in an 8S 7" rig for long range. the microphone is a must for going far out, and is super clean sounding w/ no interference from the smart audio. its thinner and lighter than the V1, fitting in the stack very cleanly. the push button option is a nice back up, and LED read out is very slim, and easy to read. best option for a stack mounted VTX

Great vtx, no power for camera
Awesome vtx, works great. Only down side is there's no 5v supply for camera.
