Has anyone used this to make Spaghetti Eis?

Of course! You can also make spaghetti ice cream with the Goldspatz press with round holes. Very important: Put the press in the freezer for a few hours before preparing. The ice cream must not be too firm.

What is the diameter of the holes?

Very small, less than the diameter of a pencil lead. About 2mm. I works beautifully for both spaetzle and for potatoes.
