Incredible! Sturdy, easy to assemble (intuitive, instructions are terrible), Immpeccably package, 5 star design. Grey tires won't leave black marks in floors or carpets. Shape of handlebar allows for close support. Narrow width, easy to fit through tight spaces, and to even turn around! Nice little basket upfront and Tray on top with anti-slip rubber insert for tray!!! They thought of everything! Lifesaver for helping me get around with my severe hip pain. Made my life so much better, way more functional. Thank you to the designers,manufacturer and the packing folks. Highly professional. I own 3 rollators and 3 diff. types of canes. This is the absolute highest quality, study and yet attractive, practical design. World class! Well done. Worth every penny to make my life way more functional. My dad began using a rollator outdoors about three years ago. After doing extensive research — I’m an attorney and technologist with strong research skills — I bought him a premium model widely considered “the Cadillac” among experienced users. As he recently became more unstable indoors, we decided a narrower, indoor-friendly rollator would be ideal for his condo. I’m not particularly handy with assembly, but I was able to put together the VOCIC Z32 in under an hour. Someone more mechanically inclined could likely finish in about 20 minutes. It’s not difficult to assemble; most of the time is spent removing packaging and cutting a few zip ties. The rollator itself is excellent: very easy to maneuver, and the included tray with its rubber mat (remove the protective film so it grips properly) is perfect for carrying his tea, coffee, or a snack. The brakes engage smoothly and lock securely. My only suggestion is that the instructions could be a bit clearer. Overall, highly recommended for anyone needing a compact and reliable indoor rollator.

Mostly useful. Solid equipment, but a couple issues. 1.It is wider than described. Not 20 inches, but 21.5 inches, making it too tight for the space I bought it for. 2. Assembly requires some intuition as the instructions are vague about front wheel placement. 3.Handlebar holders tend to work loose. However: 4.Steady movement even over carpeting. 5.Tray is well balanced and very useful.

Love love love this walker. So much better than a cane. It’s actually helping my balance issues. Walking around my house so much more as it’s easy to move things from one room to next now with the tray. My life has improved 100%. Happy girl.

This walker is perfect. It helps my dad with stability, it fits in his narrow bathroom door and he can take it to the kitchen and make his decaf and then roll it into where his couch is. He loves the brake mechanism and that it’s a TV tray and basket for his glasses at the same time.

I bought this to replace a standard rollator to make it easier to get around the house. This new one turns out to be only two inches narrower than the standard one. And it is a bit flimsy, and two hands are needed to guide it. The tray does not attach exactly flat which makes it nearly useless. The unit is easy to put together, has large wheels, adjustable brakes, and handle can be raised for tall users.

Solidly built and very maneuverable. It fits through our doorways and glides over thresholds, even those with a 1-inch curb. The tray is secure and is great for transporting food from the kitchen to the table. I specifically purchased this model because I needed a handle that would adjust high enough for someone 6'2", and not only did this fit the bill, but we didn't even need to use the tallest setting. I highly recommend this rollator. It provides stability without the bulk.
