LEGO DC Comics Super Heroes Ultimate Quiz Book

My 5 year old likes Legos and has some Lego Batman sets. This book seemed like something he would like.He likes it, but he may be a little young for it. He is just turned 5 and can't read yet, so he wants me to read it to him. It has one or two page spreads with trivia questions around a theme, so a specific character or about villains or other topic. Then it has photos of Legos for that character to illustrate. It's not that interesting for me to read. A page of questions about the same topic, sure. But then he wants to do more. (It's a book you read a little at a time, not in one sitting.) Also, some pages have pictures of Lego sets, like a car or lair, and then he says he wants those. Questions are multiple choice, with silly options for the wrong answer, so he can do the questions. Some questions are about the characters in general, but some are about the mini figures or Lego sets.All pages are full color and laid out nicely with photos and with questions arranged into the layout.If your child or you is into the Lego sets for comic book characters, then this is a solid option that you will probably like. It's better for after the child can already read.

Very entertaining book full of full color illustrations and various facts and quotes about DC Super Heroes and of course, Legos. This is a slim paperback that is easy to carry and stash away. Ideal for trips and to put in the back of a backpack. Great party gift to the Lego enthusiast. There are many facts/questions in the front (1,000) and answers are in the back. This is a perfect companion piece if you're giving DC related Legos this year.

Well, if there is a kid (regardless of age) who likes LEGO, DC Comics, and quizzes, this baby is the jackpot. It contains some soft passes that even someone like me could answer ("What other name does Wonder Woman go by?") but also has ones that were challenging for even the hard core fans in the house. Since it came, the 7 year old has been pouring over it and quizzing the heck out of me. "Why don't you know these things, Mom?" Well, I guarantee you I know a lot more now than I did 2 weeks ago.The one drawback is that the pages are glued and may not have the longest longevity as some similar LEGO books have fallen apart with heavy use, which this one will get.

I love everything about this book. The size is perfect, DK books tend to be larger and this is a more compact version, will fit easily into a backpack or tote. Packed full of quizzes about your favorite DC characters and your DC Lego sets. Interesting, maybe a little more trivia than you were expecting, but fun. Good for kids of any age. There's an answer section in the back in case you're stumped. This would be a fun Christmas gift for your little fans!

This is a fun Lego book. It uses the pictures of Lego figures and sets and gives you multiple choice questions It is a fun book for kids, and even comic book collectors. The Lego photos are fun and make the book interesting for kids, and creates a nice little tie in. Some of the questions are easy some aren't. It just depends on your knowledge of the DC Universe. It's a nice thick stock book, with clear colorful pictures. This is a fun book and any comic book/LEGO fan will like.

The LEGO tie-in is weak for this LEGO DC Comics SUPER HEROES ULTIMATE QUIZ BOOK. The illustrations, and a few questions, use the LEGO building sets and minifigs that are based on the DC Comics Super Heroes characters (Batman, Wonder Woman, the Flash, Aquaman, etc.). Mainly this is a trivia quiz book--and a very good one.The “1000 brain-busting questions” are presented as multiple-choice or true-false quizzes on specific topics (Justice League, Crazy Crooks, Hidden Talents, Mysterious Artifacts, etc.). The questions include: Who is Poison Ivy’s best friend? What was the name of Batman’s martial-arts teacher? Which Super Hero has no super powers at all? What is the name of Superman’s Kryptonian father?The answers are in the back, organized by topics (and groups of pages where the questions appear). The answers are in tiny print, but they’re very easy to find.

"It's not like the greatest quiz book ever." That was my ten-year-old son's initial response to my inquiry about this quiz book. I asked him why not, and he said, "I don't know." He's not very informative. My twelve-year-old daughter responded, "Well, I enjoyed it." So let's call it four and a half stars.The book has lots of questions. Some of the simple, and some of them terribly obscure. But from at least one ten-year-old boy's point of view, it lacks a certain je ne sais quoi.

This is a fun LEGO DC Super Heroes trivia quiz book. I didn’t know many of the questions answers that the kids read out loud to me. This is packed full of questions about LEGO DC Super Heroes characters, Super villains, epic battles, the universe and more! The kids have read through this book for many hours already and it’s a good one to leave in the car so they keep themselves occupied. Overall definitely recommend this trivia book!

My son loves facts and Marvel. It’s the perfect book for a 7 year old. Has the right balance of pictures and quizzes.The perfect present for when you are unsure what to buy.
