In actual which variety of rice this? i have heard about many varieties like pusa & traditional basmati etc.

I believe it to be as is labeled... A Pakistani varietal super basmati (kachi), "sella", which I was not familiar with, but has to do with a post harvest heat process before its husk is removed. I've had other basmatis that were more fragrant & longer grained, but this was very good for the price. Hope this is a little helpful...

Incredible quality, my absolute favorite rice! Michelin Star approved! :)

As a Michelin starred chef, I must say this is my ABSOLUTE favorite rice to keep at home. The aroma is like no other. One you try this Basmati, it's hard to choose another. I love a good jasmine rice, but this is just next level flavor. Hint.....add a tablespoon of coconut oil to the water when cooking. Thank my later! :)
