Why is my printer only printing blank labels?

Check thermal label placement (print side up). Use the original 24V-2.5A power adapter. Restore defaults: hold feed button while powering on until red light blinks 5 times, then release. Print a test page by pressing the feed button twice.

Why is the red light flashing or printing incorrectly?

First, perform a factory reset: hold the feed button while powering on until the red light blinks 3 times. Then, run auto-detection for gap labels (hold feed when the light is steady blue until it turns purple). Verify paper size in your software.

Why are my prints faded or blurry?

Clean the print head and sensor with an alcohol wipe. Reload thermal labels correctly (print side up). Run auto-detection for gap labels (hold feed when blue light is steady until purple). Reinstall the Labelife app and reconnect the printer.

Why is the printed text a bit blurry?

Gently clean the print head and roller with 70% alcohol wipe. Adjust print speed to 3 and darkness to 12 for better results. Try printing on a different white thermal label. Always use the original power adapter included with the printer.

Why can't my phone connect to the printer via Bluetooth?

First, ensure your phone's Bluetooth is turned ON. Then, open the Labelife app to find and connect the printer. If issues persist, reinstall the Labelife app and restart both devices. Test with another phone.
