Anthony's Allulose Sweetener, 2lb, Batch Tested Gluten Free, Keto Friendly Sugar Alternative, Zero Net Carb, Low Calorie

I am not a huge fan of using much of this at a time, but I do put a teaspoon full in my coffee in the morning instead of the Splenda and/or Equal I use to use. To me it has a bit of a metallic taste but mix this with Monk Fruit sweetener and my coffee tastes good. I’ts really amazing that it seems to be bringing my blood glucose down. We take finger sticks regularly and both of us need to watch our numbers. I always wondered if the artificial sweeteners affected my blood sugar and had heard that some people felt they did. Well, after using this for a month or two I started noticing my sugar levels were going down! They used to be around 115-120 in the morning but now are running in the low hundreds and even high 90’s. Can’t explain it, but my AIC is down to 5.7 which my doctor is happy with.

Great product- to me, it tastes as good as sugar without the diet taste of Sucralose, but doesn’t make me want more sugar. I use like for like amounts in recipes as regular sugar. Wish it wasn’t so expensive but it’s worth it.

Great for baking and fruit. No aftertaste for me. Works just like sugar but not as sweet so you have to adjust recipes.

Just started using allulose as a sugar-free keto sweetener this year. So far, so good. Not overly sweet, doesn't raise my blood glucose. Like this brand; not a cheat price, but it's clean & works well in my kitchen so far. Dissolves easily & has worked well for keto baking.
