Great product

This watch does not do what it says it does. When working properly, everything works. However, I keep getting logged out of the app on my phone and if you are not logged in then the watch doesn't track anything. I just wanted something to log my steps and keep track of my heart rate while I sleep as I have been having some issues and am trying to avoid a full sleep study. When you charge it, you get logged out. When you put it into sleep mode, you get logged out. At random times throughout the day, you get logged out. Oh, and the charge doesn't even last a full day, which is annoying.

Loved the smartband and app until it died. Now it just shows a white screen. Take caution in buying refurbished.

excellent !!! At First . It"s Really Too BAD !! This Device only works about 3 weeks . Then starts not to working normally. I try to reset it did work two days then stop and again and again . Now this device totally not functioning at all -- DEAD !!! I don"t know what to do. I need Help> This is my second one. worked less than one month !!!! My first one same model worked about one year and half. ---------. Please Help !! Thank So much !!

Never worked at all just shuts off if taken off of charger that only works when it wants to as well. Waste of money. Wish I could give no stars.
