Text and graphics are sharp and dark, and uniformly colored, I can see no difference from the original. Used in a very demanding business application and it's perfect.These off brand things are always hit or miss, but I've had good luck with replacement drums for Brother printers at 1/5 the price and this is no different. This brand gets particularly high marks for its other toner cartridges, so I decided to take the risk. All of these have few reviews, and of those, half are from new accounts or infrequent reviewers. If you click on my name, I've been reviewing on this site for about 20 years and have hundreds of products reviewed, and bought the product without compensation.One piece of advice from reading other reviews, test both of these as soon as you get them, quality control is sometimes lacking at this price point, so you might get the odd bad one. Take out your old cartridge and try one right away before you can't return it, then do the other. Print about 20 pages each. Put the orange cover back on, and use packing tape to re-seal the bag tightly and you're good to go. Put your old one back in and use it up and then start using these.Note, if you print fewer than about 700 pages per month, you're probably better off using a genuine cartridge, buying a single one of these (not 2 like this package has) or an off brand non-high capacity cartridge, as the off brand ones tend not to last as long once opened. Don't plan on using these for more than about 2 years, the seals will go bad and they'll start to leak. The reviews you see from people saying the second one didn't work were probably from people who took too long to use it. Fresh, these are as good as the Canon ones.

Very difficult to install, did not print more than 20-30 pages before it started fading, and creating blotches over paper. I used to get LD for HP printer, was fine, definitely not for Canon printer.

Perfect substitute for the original. I have 2 printers that use the same cartridges and love this option. It's like buying two for one.

One of the two Cartridges left a black line down the right side of the page. It was unusable.

Great alternative to the Canon brand at a fraction of the cost.
