My cat loves it
I love this! It was soooo easy to install and my cat is very happy to be able to go out. I wasn’t even aware it came with plastic panels for weather so that was a nice addition. Overall I’m really happy and it fit my door perfectly!

Delayed arrival and damaged
Ordered this item twice, first one arrived damaged so I returned it. I still have not received the second one and the arrival date keeps changing. Now says arriving end of May. 2nd Product arrived May 27th over 1 month after ordering and it also arrived damaged. Wouldn't recommend.
